I think the bigger question is how did Rotom manage to find and register 150 Pokemon in less than a day?

Especially when four of them are legendaries

Okay, firstly, a spinoff series about Rotom filling the pokedex by himself would be goddamn hilarious.

But yeah I kind of forgot about the legendary birds there…unless some trainers that leave their pokemon with Professor Oak caught them. Not unheard of. Actually that kind of answers my question. I’m sure between all the trainers from Pallet Town, at least one of each pokemon is there. The legendaries are iffy but possible.

Except Mewtwo. The hell. Did he just show up to pose or something?
