imma get real for a sec i’m p sure this is an upcoming film called Bad Black made by a studio called Wakaliwood. these movies are made in the slums of kampala uganda by people who do it for the sheer love and fun of it. that alone is the most heartwarming thing ever, esp in the midst of cash grab movies with no soul. the guy behind wakaliwood is an aspiration. i hope he’s got more resources now but when he was first starting out he sold everything he could just for the basic movie making equipment and built his own computer to store the data and edit. “who killed captain alex”, their first film to make it online, is a goddamn gem that doesn’t even answer its own question but you’ll have a fucking blast. y’all should support these folks bc they deserve every cent.
