Reminder for Americans: 100 million didn’t vote, Trump is the result.
Please vote.
Republicans controlling every branch of government on every level is also the result. Judges, sheriffs, school boards. They get out the vote every year for every single thing. Your local elections have more of an impact on your life and your neighbors’ lives than national ones do. So please vote.
^^^ What Neriana said. American followers, please vote in your local election tomorrow!
hey friends! if you’re not sure if you’re one of the states voting tomorrow, you can check ballotpediaright here for a list of which states are holding local elections tomorrow, november 7th, 2017.
Friendly reminder it’s going to do you a lot of good to vote during the congressional elections. They’re just as important as the presidential election if not more. Whichever party makes up the majority of the senate and the house greatly influences whether the proposals of each candidate become a thing or not.
It is illegal. Your vote will be thrown out and not counted.
DO NOT post it on Facebook, or Twitter, or Snapchat or Instagram or Tumblr or ANYTHING. Don’t share it with your friends. The likes and notes are not worth it. Just keep your phones in your damn pockets the entire time you’re voting.Take a cute selfie with the “I Voted” sticker afterwards instead.
Please don’t let me read headlines going something like “Millennials fucked up the election by posting pictures of their ballots” because it will be fucking insufferable. And also Trump will probably win and we’ll all be fucked.
NEVER FORGET THAT IF PRESIDENT OBAMA HADN’T PUT JUSTICES ELENA KAGAN AND SONIA SOTOMAYOR ON THE BENCH, WE WOULD NOT BE CELEBRATING LEGAL GAY MARRIAGE TODAY. THE SPLIT OF THE VOTE WAS 5/4.

As a long-time Indiana resident, it should say something that so many other people that live in Indiana are happy about Pence becoming Trump’s running candidate only because that means he can no longer be our governor.
He’s had so much of a negative impact on Indiana’s education, culture, and how we all work together.
Pence has already tried to ruin our state. Don’t let him ruin the entire country.
I gots a question. I don’t turn 18 in time to vote against Trump. How can I help?
GREAT QUESTION!!!
Answer:talk to your voting-age friends and get them to vote! If the millennials turn out in November then Trump will go down in a landslide.
If each person who wants to make a difference is able to convince just ONE OR TWO PEOPLE to get out and vote, it will be GAME OVER for Trump.
You don’t have to convince a crowd, just motivate whoever you can and get them to the polls!!!

This is not a drill.
Register and vote, dammit.
Millennials CAN make change happen.
That’s how we got Justin Trudeau elected in Canada. We voted.
You can do it, USA. This Canadian believes in you.
Just adding that voting third party for President will not help. You need to vote for the Democratic nominee at the top of the ticket. Jill Stein is not going to be President. The Green Party isn’t even on all 50 state ballots and she polls under 9% nationally. Do not listen to people who tell you both parties are the same. Their platforms alone should tell you otherwise.
Do not be like the morons in Britain who “didn’t think [brexit] would happen.” Vote! Support the change you want to see in the world, and oppose the change you don’t want!
I just want to emphasize the importance of voting for members of Congress, because the president only gets to yay/nay a law if it gets through them first.
Definitely a good thing to read over before we all start having heart attacks on Super Tuesday.
Super-Short Version: A lot of the states that are voting in the Primaries on Tuesday lean heavily towards Hillary, so there’s a good chance Bernie’s gonna look like he’s taking a huge hit this week. In the weeks afterwards, however, the states that have been leaning towards Bernie will have their Primaries, so he’ll make a comeback then… Assuming, of course, that we don’t all get discouraged from the Super Tuesday results and remember to vote. Apparently, the same thing happened back in ‘08, with Hillary gaining huge leads on Super Tuesday but Obama making a comeback afterwards to get the nomination.
In any case, keep yer hopes up, no matter what happens on Tuesday! Oh, and once again… Make sure you go out and vote!
Considering that i’m already seeing people give up on Bernie this really need to be seen.
